Leads board meetings and guides the overall mission and direction
Ensures the organization remains focused on community, stewardship, and service
Represents Salamander Nation publicly and within the community
Supports the President in leadership responsibilities
Steps in when the President is unavailable
Assists with coordination of board activities and planning
Helps maintain continuity of leadership
Maintains accurate records of board meetings and official decisions
Keeps governance documents organized and up to date
Preserves official records of the organization
Supports transparency and accountability within the board
Oversees financial records and financial reporting
Reviews budgets, expenses, and financial planning
Helps ensure responsible stewardship of organizational resources
Supports financial transparency and compliance
Serves as a voting member of the Board of Directors
Participates in governance decisions affecting Salamander Nation
Helps guide the direction and growth of the organization
Supports community engagement and organizational initiatives
